I have no clue when it comes to Bins I don't make them... Everyone else does, I'm really not 100% sure if you need them. Someone else will have to help you with that one. I'm sure someone will chime in with it. I sent you a PM too.
As for a 1-? steps I will have to submit one so I can let you know steps. Can I get you that tom? Let me know this first do you have an FTP client like Filezilla? That's what I use it's a free download.

Looks like you have figured out the BINS. The portfolio is automatic after the clips are approved, nothing else to do other than review keywords and price to make sure they are good. Don't undercut your prices, professional buyers understand the value we all offer. P5 is the best when it comes to approval times. Occasionally they get a little behind but other sites take up to 6 weeks. Once ya'll get involved and start getting a large number of clips on-line you'll find P5 is by far the best.
