cant see videos in my portfolio?

hi can someone tell me what i might be doing wrong here ? i see videos in the bin but not in the portfolio ?

Have they been approved and online?
Check if your videos are still in the "curators queue"

yes one has been approved the other 3 are in the queue.. ..so is a clip approved once they are visible here on pond5 ?, or is it necessary to them send it to the curators ? that is what i did with the first 3 clips, but noth the 4th.. (testing how this all works)

The one that is available should be visible in the portfolio no?

After you keyword your video you press the "send to curator" button. That puts your video in the queue to be reviewed.
You did that right?
Click on "my pond" and click on "uploads". In the status pulldown box select "online" if your clip isn't in there it isn't online.
You can also select the other options to see where your clips are.
