Clip playback issues

Hi, I'm new to the site and I just had two clips accepted. The only problem is that the previews play back at about 15fps. Does this happen when they are first accepted or is there something wrong with my format?

Video seems to playback fine here.. Were these shot with the D90? Good stuff.

Thanks. The spider was shot with a Sony EX1 and the bulls were shot with a Canon XH-A1. Do the clips not look choppy to you? I'm looking at other previews that playback much smoother than mine.
