Where are my approved files??

I have upload 4 AE templates by now, they are reviewed after 2-4 days. Now there is "Online" status but I can't find my files on the site anywhere... Even if I go to my profile there is like 0 files.. What is going on...???? Please, any help??

Hello - most of the conversations regarding this are usually posted in the Artists forum - it can take up 72 hours after approval for the files to become searchable in the database.
If you see them as "Online", click on the thumbnail and go the the page where the file resides... copy the URL and then open another browser that you ARE NOT logged into Pond5 as an artist, paste it in the address section and see if your page shows.
If it does, your content is in fact "live" and you're just waiting for the database to catch-up.
