Can't figure out to upload on this site / keeps giving me errors

So, this site has been tough to figured up (just sign on here) and I can't seem to figure out why I can't upload anything. I go to the uploader and hit '+ add more files' and add a few files (7 to be exact) but the only button there is, is '+ add more files'...no submit, etc. And all of the files show up highlighted red with a 'Error - True' underneath. I haven't been able to get better results with the ftp. And I submit videos to many other sites through my ftp client without issue. I just signed up to be a contributor, is there some menu or something I am missing that I need to do before I can upload? This is a really poorly designed site and it makes me not want to sell my photography here.
