Hello im new here and would like to no ca n i use the tracks for recording and possible sale on a album..for instance i heard some reggae tracks that i wanted to use for a song, can i use the songs and have clearance on the rights?

To directly sell them no. If you do a sing-along with the music or use it as background music to a video etc then yes. You will never own the copyright but the "right" to use would come with the purchase.

Available for musical works. If content provider agrees with a "yes" listed in this area of audio listing; then the music track is available for use in other musical compositions as purchaser may add lyrics or loop or sample within a music track. If content provider agrees with a "no", then it is only available for sync with video and other non musical works.
