Delayed Review – Videos Submitted on December 10

On December 10, I uploaded two videos to my Pond5 account. As of today, 19 days later, both files are still marked as “In Review” with no updates or feedback provided.

I understand that review times may vary, however this duration seems unusually long compared to typical review timelines and compared to my experience on other stock platforms.

I would kindly ask you to:
- Check the status of these two submissions
- Confirm whether there is any issue with the files or my account
- Let me know if any action is required from my side to proceed with approval

Yes, i agree, probably the delay is due to Christmas Holidays.

Same with my music, it's ok, Christmas chill

Could be a couple of things, they are tweaking their Ai review system or implementing new technology, running out of storage, or planning to sunset or merge the P5 brand into SSTK/Getty as the merger is getting closer to closing or maybe the Ai system can't handle the millions of new videos people are uploading thinking they can make a living at this. LOL
