LIcensing

I am new to the pond, I am a photographer am have just created a 60 second televison for valentines day( stil images), there is some music that i really love to place on the commercial but am confused about the licensing agreements. I donot live in the US. I live in the bahamas with a total population of around 350,000. I have paid an downloaded the music but have not placed in on the audio tracks of the commercial as yet. Can I use this music for a televison commercial and or for other commercials that i may create for my business?
