Stereoscopic Wave - Vanished into Thin Air?

It took less than a year for stereoscopic wave to dissolve. Have you seen any new stereoscopic camera apart from that Panasonic model? Is anyone talking anymore about it?
For sure 4K is the new wave but this one will last longer I guess.

Two years ago at NAB 3D was all over the place. Last year there was almost nothing.
The company that I work for still gets asked to include the cost of 3D in our quotes for some of the projects we bid on (we are an animation studio). Animation is still popular because it doesn't cost all that much to render another eye. This year there are 26 films slated to be http://www.boxoffice.com/statistics/3d-release-calendar and another 18 on the books for 2015.
I would certainly agree that 3D broadcast is dead. But theatrical still has a bit of life left in it for now. I wouldn't consider investing in 3D stock creation though.
