I’ve been trying to upload a CSV file on Pond5 to add metadata to a batch of 166 videos, and honestly, it has been one of the most frustrating experiences. I followed the available options and tried multiple methods to upload the CSV, but the metadata still isn’t applying to several videos.
What makes it worse is that there’s very little clear guidance or step-by-step documentation on how the CSV upload should actually work. I’ve tried different formats and options, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
When you’re dealing with large batch uploads, CSV metadata is supposed to save time — not create hours of confusion and troubleshooting.
Really hoping someone from the community or the Pond5 team can share a proper guide or solution. If anyone has successfully uploaded CSV metadata for batch videos on Pond5, please share your process!
