Preview Quality

I have noticed that my clips preview look pretty bad compared to other clip previews. I know its not the video as they are nice and crisp.

Has there been some changes to the preview quality?

If the video was just uploaded it shows in a lower quality. Once its online for a week or so, it is rendered to a higher quality.
