Upload templates not saving — persists after clearing cache and using incognito

Hi everyone,
I'm running into a recurring issue with Pond5's template feature for sound effects uploads. Every time I create and save a template, it simply doesn't persist — the next time I go to upload, the template is gone and I have to fill everything in from scratch again.
I've already tried the standard troubleshooting steps:
Cleared my browser cache
Tried logging in via an incognito/private window
The problem happens exactly the same way each time, so it doesn't seem to be a local browser/cache issue on my end.
This is a real workflow blocker for anyone uploading in bulk — having to manually re-enter the same metadata for every batch instead of reusing a saved template adds a lot of unnecessary time.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a known fix or workaround? And if any Pond5 staff or moderators see this thread, could you take a look at whether this is a platform-side bug?
Thanks in advance for any help.
