Mass Rejection of Tracks

Hi friends! Has anyone else experienced a wave of track rejections in the last few weeks? In all my years of submitting, I’ve never had a single track rejected—yet, in the past couple of weeks, several of mine have been turned down. Has the company’s policy changed, or has the automated system started working differently? Could this be a mistake? Has anyone else run into this?
