Cart Adds and New Sales Release Times

Hi guys,

So I know there is a ton of threads regarding sales, carts adds etc. What this is about is not how many cart adds convert to a sale etc but more on the time that sales are processed to the author.

Since I joined I would get sales notifications each moorning, or every other morning depending on how sales were, these emails would come through at around 3am GMT. Then last month they started coming through in the day at around 6pm GMT.
The past week of so they are now not coming through at all, and then all of a sudden in one day all the weeks sales come through in one go. Something I think will happen again this week as since Monday I have had 15 cart adds with no sales, and if like last week I will get a bunch of sales in one go.

So my real question is this; Have P5 changed how they process sales, is it all in one go now on a weekly basis?

Cheer,
Kristopher

Hi Kristopher, not sure but I did notice I got one sales notification at an odd hour last week.

Yeah, its odd. I have had nothing all week which is very odd but on top of that I have had 13 cart adds since tuesday and still not had anything through, its a little concerning!

I've had quite a few cart adds as well here and there. I always assume people are either stealing them, asking for a refund, or just finding something better when my cart adds do not turn into a sale. You know they have that 3 day period to get a refund before they actually pay us. I have one clip that has about 25 cart adds and 6 sales. That one is definitely getting stolen.

wow, I just checked my clips and I have a lot of cart adds recently that I have not materialized into sales. I follow my cart adds closely and have come to get a good handle on what percentage fizzle out into no sales, and this seems like a much higher percentage of cart adds without actual sales than usual. It seems like something is going on.
