I have been emailing in my releases as I can not get the java upload to work, all I get is a grey popup box, my java is enabled
Anyone else having this problem or any suggestions on how to fix it if the problem is on my end.
Thanks
Herman

Hi Herman,
There's 2 ways to attach model releases - either by clicking on the paperclip icon next to the clip, or selecting clips using the checkboxes and choosing "attach model release" from the dropdown menu (the advantage of this is that you can attach a release to multiple clips at the same time, assuming they have the same model).
If you use the "attach model release" option from the dropdown, you will be given the choice of using the Java uploader, or using a standard form based uploader. It looks like we forgot to add the form-based upload option to the paperclip uploads, which I think is why you're experiencing problems (people often have problems with the Java uploader, depending on the browser and computer they are using).
We'll add this soon, but in the meantime you should be able to attach releases by selecting the clips, using the dropdown menu, and then choosing the form-based upload option.
Hope that helps - let us know if you run into any problems.

Ok, we've just fixed the paperclip upload, so you now have the option of a form-based html upload there too. :)
