I would second the request to be able to rename the original file names. Easier if we could rename them with the CSV, rather than deleting the file on the server and uploading all over again.
Paha_L: I've made the mistake of using a duplicate file name. It is not recommended and caused big problems with search. I would advise using only unique file names.

You already can change OriginalFilename with csv. Example:
