Buyer having issues opening one of my projects.

I don't have a lot of information on what's going on but I just got an email from a client who bought a template on here saying that it won't open in their Adobe CS6 (he assures me its the most updated version)… I authored the project in Adobe CC so my first instinct was to ask if its CS6 or CC (but aren't they one and the same technically if you have the most updated version?)

Are there any other reasons a person might not be able to open a project file?

CS6 and CC are NOT the same, even if you are most up to date on cs6... that would defeat the purpose of buying any new versions :-).

That might be your problem.... do you have cs6 to test it out on?

Nah, no CS6 - but if thats the case I'm sure that's what the problem is. It clearly says on the template that it was made with CC. So at least its not my fault.

Is there an export to previous version feature? I don't do much template stuff... but I imagine a lot of these people selling ones that work with various versions do something to make that possible, or they are using CS3 and the newer ones it all works with.
