open source anatomy data?

Hi, saw this clip:

and wonder where one could get patient data/anatomy data that can be used for commercial projects. Any hint appreciated.

In many countries these days you can get access to your own patient data. I have copies of all my x-rays, for example. Precisely for something like that clip. (Not mine though) If I had to do a MRT or CRT or whatever, I'd try to get a copy of that data, too.
