Is it possible to add more than 50 keywords/tags in video footage?

Not that i care really,i struggle to get to 40 sometimes without spamming,but i was browsing some clips and a few of them had up to 200 keywords!
How is that possible?I thought you couldn't technically submit anything with more that 50 keywords.

In the past. Today it is 50. But you can place keywords in the description area and it will work as well.

NO!!! Nor will tags in the description work. The only thing that search engines see are titles and tags.

Doesn't google index those terms? If nothing in the description is indexed then why do you fill out the description?

Description only require three works now try to index off those.
