Clips needs to be 5s or longer now?

I get this:

"Hi there, these clips are shorter than our minimum clip length requirement of 5 seconds, If you have a longer version we would be happy to accept it".

(Extra rendering time, extra time and all my animation scene has to be redone to match hat minimum 5s))

According to http://help.pond5.com/hc/en-us/articles/200944183-Video-Upload-Specifications- All videos should be minimum 3s and no longer than 120s.

Here is a example of one of my recently sold clip under 3s:

So, what about special effects now, most of special effects (explosions and etc) are under 5s
Maybe I should do everything now in slow motion to gain extra seconds.

Or maybe I should add some empty extra black frames at the beginning and at the end.

To render 5s it takes %67 longer than 3s animation to render. It means I will have to increase price %67 too. For some animations is just pointless to go over 3s (like that one in example).

At least I did my last animations in 60fps. So, I just have to reduce it to 30fps.

You can add a little bit of lead in and cut out to lengthen them, but after watching your example, I would say that it should be longer.

If it's short, just add some pad at the beginning or end.

Just add a second version of the same clip but mirrored shooting from the right to left side, then the client has 2 versions at once maybe...?

We have also been asked not to put segments on the same clip. ')
