After Effects Video Preview Sound

I am new to pond 5 but not stock. I just began uploading AE templates and was curious does everyone create there own sound effects/music for the video preview or are we allowed to use stock audio for the preview file?

you are surely allowed to use my audio: you can download the preview from pond5 and use that in your template. just be sure to add a link to my item and to drop me an email so that i can promote your template.
