Problems with Uploaded footages

Anyone having problems uploading footages?

I have uploaded my footages fews days ago and it is still showing processing. What's is happening to Pond5?

Why does it takes forever to process the videos??? Pond5 does not have this problem before.

I had the same problem Meilliw. I ended up uploading the two clips stuck in processing all over again. 4K clips too....a few more hours my computer working overtime :-(

Postage got lost (gone nowhere or in some criminal's pocket), so it is understandable digital post / upload have the same fate. Relax and upload again.

I have uploaded at least 4 or 5 times and it always stuck in the processing stage with no thumbnails. Anyone knows how to delete these processing videos ???

Check your clip's ending, file name correct or not, or is the file exist at all. I once has a "one bit" file and the system has problem to recognized them. When not then go to support.
