witness in model release

Hi there , I m using Easy Reles app on the ipad but I got some doubts on how to fill the form :

1 ) can I be either the photographer and the witness ?

2 ) what if I'm taking video of myself and I'm alone ?

If I'm alone I put in that I am both the photographer and actor with a note.

Typically though the witness needs to be a third party and not someone in the shoot.
But that may be left to interpretation from the site. I don't know about Pond5 but I have had videos rejected on other sites when the witness was also involved in the shoot.

Are you using Easy Release to do that ?

No I still use paper releases.

Still using paper. I think most people / models are more comfortable with paper versus signing an electronic device.
