Cant see my downloades footage, Help!

Why is P5 selling formats that are still not fully usable by our great buyers? We can argue all day on advantages of different formats but up to now with the normally used processing programs .MOV in either motion of photo is still the defacto usable format. Every time a buyer has problems it hurts all of us. Until other formats are more fully supported in the industry we need to stay with the standards. OR ... have a check box that allows the buyer to download the format and wrapper they need. No arguments over formats just these two great buyers have shown there is problems with newer formats.
