How do I add a video clip to a message in this forum?

This may have been answered elsewhere but I can't find it. How do I add a video clip to my message in one of the forums? Someone was asking for animal fight footage and my mule deer fight clip was just approved. How do I add the clip to my message saying "Yes, I've got fight footage..."

Use the clip button below and copy and paste the clip id,then select the windows size in the popup window (option 1,2,3) 3 being the full size preview.
