Login Timeout

Okay, this login timeout stuff is CRAP, man!! I just wasted 45 minutes selecting clips I wanted to change the price on all at once, and when I set the new price and clicked "execute", a window told me "you have to be logged in to see that page". Then when I logged in, all my selections had vanished!!! I'm busy today and I didn't have 45 minutes to waste. How long is the period of time before a login times out? Now I have to time myself and select small groups of clips and keep track of where I left off. This is EXTREMELY annoying, and we should have the option to set whether our login will time out or not. Something needs to be done about this.

There has been an option of long login in Preferences for the last two years.

If there ever is a time out (or something else causing a logout), and the situation above occurs, you can always log in using another tab (Pond5 uses cookies, not http session) and then simply press the reload button in the tab that has the "you need to be logged in" message. This should resubmit.

Awesome, Marcus. I didn't mean to be a jerk, I just kinda lost my temper. I was swamped all day today and alot of things were frustrating me. Thank you sincerely for the tip, I'll do that this time.

No problem. I work with computers some 10h per day. Please believe me when I say that I know what being frustrated is like :)
