I have bought some clips because we wanted to use it in our work, but director decided not to use them. Is there any way how to refund paid money?

Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
If you already downloaded the clips, then you may not be able to... Might want to adjust your contract with your clients so that they are required to pay for materials if they cancel a project.
