Tutorial for making a .CSV database for stock footage?

I hardly ever work with Excel but I'd like to make a database for my video clips. So far I've been manually titling, describing and tagging my 1000 clips.

Is there a video tutorial that shows how to make and upload such a CSV database?

Let's put it this way: how can you make a CVS file that you can use for different stock sites?

Was wondering about this as well.Especially how can you create generic csv's from pond5,especially if you have used long descriptions and links to clips portfolios collections etc?
Will you have to manually remove them from the csv?

you can not make one fits all, but is easy to make one that transforms into multiple formats with formulas, lets say you have a master sheet with all the columns and on second sheet columns with formulas that will copy fields from the master sheet.
