Searching for a freelance photographer in Mexico City

We make educational films for schools in Sweden.
Need someone who can shoot for one day in Mexico City before September 15.
Some simple "on-the-street"-interviews with 3-4 natives (in Spanish) and 2-3 tourists.
Also basic shots of young people, cityscapes, someone buying a tortilla on the street (should hear customer and vendor speaking spanish), and the Parliament Building.
Compensation SEK 6 000 (That's about 690 USD)
Anyone there who can assist?
Or anyone who knows anyone?
