Posting a new topic in the forums

When you go to post a new topic in the forums, can you put a notice at the top of the page letting us know that they will get better results on bug reports and suggestions if they use the Support/Help System with a link?

I think a big part of the communication issue is due to the fact that most of us still use the forums for all communication with Pond5 when we should be sending emails and creating tickets in the help center.

I don't think our current forum system supports any sort of functionality like that. I'm afraid I don't even have any way of making a thread "sticky" so it stays at the top of the forum. I'll ask about what we might be able to do with regard to that, but I don't want to get your hopes up.

But the forum is really the best place for Artists to make these comments. MANY Artists have the same comment or question. If it was a private msg then only one person is informed. After-all P5 made this thread "comments and suggestions".

Sure, and I'm not suggesting that you can't post things in the forums, or ask for help here. You can, and should. What I'm saying is that if you need help with your account, with your uploads or downloads, or something along those lines, you will get that help faster by contacting support than by posting on the forums. That's all.

Absolutely, a private problem is best handled privately.

So public or private how is reviews doing? A few weeks ago it was very fast now it's kinda a dead end motionless ... The "other" top agency is less than a day and been that way for a while now, sure would like to have products here on P5 to compete better ;)

Tell David that my offer still stands... I am used to getting program projects done in days, not months or years. ;)
