Sony PMW-300 Body Only

I have a Sony PMW-300 Camera Body in new condition, however I don't know if it works. I got it in a box of camera equipment and it didn't come with a battery, lens, or anything else. But it looks brand news.

Selling it for parts since I can't guarantee that it works. Asking $1750 with free shipping to lower 48.
