Where is Batch Tag Video????

Thanks Jonathon... Please hit the developers on the nose with a newspaper and say "Bad! Bad Developer! No!" next time they start messing with stuff on the back end.

I took a little rest from the frustration of data entry ... now back to work.

Still the GREAT feature of batch tag footage is gone. Why. If the Artists as by this forum really used it and made things easier ... why is it still gone. Does it really hurt P5 as an agency to give the tools that make it easier for us to do our job? Does it cost something financially to take it away and not give it back when so many active forum Artists have said it was a big benefit?

It seems that suggestions from Artists should be far more important than what programmers think is important. Programmers don't input data on thousands of clips each year; we do. I don't program, that is their job; mine is to send P5 footage to sell fast and efficient.

In the beginning Marcus made changes within minutes when an Artist had a suggestion. Improvements to help Artists were accomplished effectively and quickly. We were happy, it got easier and easier. Now it's slower, more confusing and frustrating.

I can understand cost saving but taking a simple form away that worked did not cost money. Taking it away indeed costs a lot of time on the Artists part ... that is a cost.

Can someone at P5 please explain why a feature that was used effectively was removed? Why it simply can't be put back active? And please don't tell us that Template will do a better job, it doesn't.

We are asking "Please" don't take the easy things away; make it simple and fast. P5 was always in the beginning a fast, efficient easy data input. The tools were the best in the industry. Do things that increase sales but don't do things that increase the time for us to do our work in trying to make sales for both us and P5.

Please help build sales without chopping our upload and data input procedures apart. Taking away things like Batch Tag Footage does nothing to build sales.

I hope this is a nice request, it is meant to be.

I know this is an old discussion, but can someone explain what is the purpose of HD and 4K template options? Can they be keyworded and tagged different or anything in such manner? I can't see any other purpose.
