Better Communication

I won't beat a dead horse, we've hashed this out several times that Pond5 does a poor job of communication with artists.

If I might suggest, quarterly or bi-annually, that Pond5 host a live chat with a group of artists to answer questions from artists, ask questions to artists and just a general day of communication.

I have participated in "AMA (Ask Me Anything)" chats with several companies now and they are AWESOME. Benefits both sides.

Please trust me when I say this, we appreciate the concerns and situation.

This is a good idea, but I don't know if or when we'll be able to do something like this. I know it sounds easy and simple, but the reality is more complex. For the time being, you may be stuck with mostly just me, and I'll keep doing my best to get accurate information to you guys as efficiently as I can.

I'll be sure to pass the idea along.

We all know that Tom, Dana and Marcus are real busy now. They were all very active with the Artists the first few years. Would be great to know that they are still alive or even with P5 anymore ;). A few words on a regular basis from the CEO always helps with warm fuzzies ...

And yes Jonathan, you are the next best thing to sliced bread ;)
