I didn't get too much the thing about money...
Pond5 I suppose take a percentage of the selling, and this is normal...
I've uploaded a file, and as default it gave me 10$...is that their fees?
If yes I have to increase the price in order to gain some money?
Another questions...I've seen there's a referrals code somewhere, it means that If I bring some people to pond5 I will gain some money from them?

The default is a recommended amount. Do a search and see what most clips are selling for. You can set what you want and you will get 50% of the sales price. Yes you can refer photogs to Pond5 and get a part of their sales. Best of luck.
