Clips sold not showing in 'Cart adds'

The last 3 clips I sold still show 0 under 'Cart Adds'. Another clip that sold a couple of months ago did not even register any views. How and why is this happening?

Yes, the sales column reflects the sale. The whole thing makes me wonder how accurate anything is.

And cart ads haven't been updating anyway for the last 2 or 3 months.
