Working with video stock footage with 2 green screens

Hello - I purchased some video stock footage with two green screens here and am hoping somebody experienced can point me in the right direction.

My intent is to insert content into the green screens (likely a video in one and likely still which flip through perhaps 4 images) and then use that video loop as background on a website (fills screen).

I'm not sure which tool to begin to do this with. Should I be using / purchasing iMovie for my Mac pro laptop in order to insert the video file and still images into the purchased stock footage, or is there an easier tool available? And, is it quite straight forward to insert the video and images in the correct physical place using iMovie for instance?

i don't know about IMovie but i'm sure you can do it with FCPX.
