I am about to buy a camera system (5DII) in Hong Kong, in the beginning of my trip to China.
1. I am looking for recommendation where to buy camera and micro computer.
2. It seems that prices in Hong Kong are NOT significantly cheaper in HK, excluding taxes. Is that true?
3. How do I get there international warranty?
Thanks,
Eden.

I would NOT recommend this for 2 reasons:
International Warranty is not 100% as you may imagine. They do not know what conditions it garantie. And when problem comes, You are more or less alone.
It is not that much cheaper than in USA.
You may end up buy a no-garantie product. But lot of foreigner intented to buy grey product for 10-20% cheaper. That means the shop give you garantie. Not manufacturer.
Don´t do it...

My cousin bought a new laptop in Hong Kong because it was a "great deal". Turns out, however, that it was a refurbished unit marked as NEW and did not include a valid warranty.
