Am I doing something wrong?

Hello all.
About a week or so ago I created a profile and uploaded a couple of clips to be considered. I tagged these etc, but they are still pending. Is there something that I'm missing? Any information would be helpful.

Don't think you are doing anything wrong. It normally takes about a week for clips to be approved here, which is pretty good I think. I have a feeling there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Pond5 at the moment, which may be causing a delay. Lets hope we hear and see something soon.

Hi Tony -- just checked and it looks like you've done everything right. Your clips are in the queue as of the 19th, so it's only been 2 days since they were submitted. We should be able to get to them in the next day or two -- goal is to get the review time down to well under a week, and ideally under a day.

2 days... a week... same thing. sorry, i'll go back to being patient. time passes strangely when traveling.
