Free Membership Downloads Did Not Reset - Anyone Else?

Just wondering if this is a widespread issue or not but I signed up for a "Premium Yearly Membership" on Feb29 where you get 10 free downloads a month, which I used. Account info said downloads would reset on March 29th (in 1 month) which was yesterday but my downloads did not refill and now the reset date in the account said April 29th... oops. This is clearly a bug.

Did Pond5 already address this as an issue somewhere or is anyone else experiencing this?

It may reset tomorrow or by the end of the day? Don't know just guessing as I'm a submitter not really a buyer.

Indeed the Trailer is outstanding, really catches my attention and holds it. Great to see so much stock footage in a short trailer ;)

We used 10 stock clips throughout the trailer - most of which were "wall protections" implemented via after Effects. Most of our footage was shot on site though with our actor (Erin Hawkins) at the abandoned Methodist City Church in Gary Indiana.

Great to see our work in use.
And very inspirational film.
