Should i upload my clips in SD and HD
I could charge one price for the HD and a lower price for the SD ???

As soon as I got my HD cam I only uploaded HD clips. Good month in Oct but Nov no good at all. Don't undercut your prices in HD, remember your time and your equipment is worth a lot of money. Many almost give away their clips, don't fall into that trap, after-all this is a business venture for both you and Pond5. Best of luck. Don

Really depends on the material. I usually render animations both in HD1080p and both SD formats. But live footage stays "as is" - not format conversions.
And yes, no need to undercut competing agencies. Extremely low prices only work with really high volume, but that is something we currently don't have here (yet). I got the impression that buyers here don't care that much if they have to pay $10, $25 or $50 as long as they get the shot they want.
