All my footage is shot in PAL but it look like NTSC footage sell more. So should i convert my footage to NTSC and upload two versions NTSC and PAL of my clips ??
Can i use the same clip name or do i have to use a difren name ???

No, please do not convert to NTSC -- just submit the PAL versions if that is the native format.
We occasionally make exceptions to this rule, but only if the conversion is done professionally and output gets monitored on a broadcast quality monitor. PAL to NTSC conversion is trickier than most people assume.

I would use Procoder 3 or cleaner XL

My dear curator, Is that mean the client can convert PAL to NTSC with their professional software instead of contributor doing it for them???

Depends on who the buyer is. If it's some major production studio they will have dedicated hardware for such conversion. If it's a webdesigner using it for his homepage, or some dad adding a nice shot to his vacation video, he might be better of with the conversion you could offer yourself.
