Sfx and generated sfx in DAW´s

I everybody. Im a bit confused regarding the new sfx policies. Do logic generated sfx ( whoosh, etc ) under this category?

Sorry - Im refering to the fact - that you have to be approved to contribute sfx ( recorded ) show homepage etc, but not when generating sfx "artificialy" on cpu - right? sorry for the confusion.

i think you have to be "approved" on both instances.
