Hi my name is Chris username Cchichester email. The other day I ordered a logo animation for After Effects and it tells me there is a missing file. Says i need to install an additional effect. I have a an up to date CS6 addition of the software and can't afford to purchase additional effects off of other sites. I would really appreciate a download of the "particular" effect needed or a refund thus allowing me to purchase a different animation from pond5. Thanks for your time.
