posting clips on other forums

I would like to post a preview of my clip on a forum that supports falsh. The forum is powered by phpBB. I was able to embed the flash player from pond5 into a forum post, but I'm not sure how to get a specific clip.
Something like this:
{flash=500,400} http://www.pond5.com/pond5FlashPlayer2.swf {/flash}
gets me a nice stopwatch clip. Is it possible at all to post a specific clip in a different forum?

I think you have to make a clip bin of that clip then you can do it but I'm not 100% on if that's correct or not.
