DSLR Questions and resources.

I am going to be moving to the Lumix GH1 as soon as it comes out. And I have a few general questions About these types of cameras, especially the lenses.

Can any of you recommend a good reference book explaining f stop, lens aperture, and lens selection for a particular type of shot.
