buyers account

I received a message from buyers account and would like to respond to the message ... but unfortunately I can not send a message directly to buyers account ... what can I do? It is impolite not to respond to a request :o)))

Thats strange i received one a while ago and i didn't notice any problems replying to that sitemail

When you click on the subject of the mail (in the list of sitemails) so that it loads, there should appear a "Reply" link on top of the box showing you the list of sitemails in your inbox. Doesn't that work?

What browser and version of it do you use?
