Are payments supposed to go out today?

I am awaiting my very first payment from pond5 and i ticked the box a couple of weeks ago and then i had a little popup that said payment would be sent on the 15th but ive had no notification from pond5 or from paypal that the payment went through.

What exactly is supposed to happen?
