Account verification required?

Just received an email from p5 stating that my account needs to be verified stating the following:

"'This is your final notice, if you’re unable to verify within the next 24 hours, your account may be temporarily suspended."

And under that is a button VERIFY NOW which doesn't work.

I've entered into my account and cant seem to find where I need to verify. Nor do I know why I need to verify as I've been a contributor for around 8 years. I have just reinstalled my OS, not sure if it's a coincidence.

how to problem solve if Hi, at this time, we are unable to verify your account. We need some additional information from you to complete the verification process. Please reach out to support@pond5.com with a link to your professional website and/or other web presence (e.g., LinkedIn profile, YouTube channel, SoundCloud/Bandcamp page, Vimeo channel, other stock media website portfolio, etc.) and a screenshot of your editing software with one of your recent items visible in it. Include “ID Verification + (Your username)” in the subject line. Thanks!
