Regarding preview quality - perhaps the artists who want to upgrade the quality of their previews could be allowed to supply the preview file in the upload to the curator.
If I could get the Flash file specifications and a sample Pond5 graphic to layer over the clip (and the transparency level), I'd be happy to do the work and let the curator judge whether I've met the specs.
The preview is where the rubber meets the road and the purchase decision is made. For those of us that want to put in a bit of extra effort, it would be nice to be able to improve upon our presentation.

I agree, it could be submitted at the same time as the file and reviewed by the Curators to make sure it was correct.
