Public Clip Bins

Holy moly! The public bins are gone from the home page. PLEASE tell me you're putting them back?

There's plenty of room under the left column.

Will the facility to administer Clip Bins be making a reappearance too? At the moment we can't make new Bins public.

Go to the edit icon and you can enter bin to check the public bin option box

we obviously need to fix this part of p5. There's a improved design in the pipe for the bin, we should probably implement it asap.

Something dies inside each time I go to edit_bins.

Damn, you got here before I could delete evidence of my stupidity.

Don't feel alone it took me awhile to find it. There was a bin icon on the top tool bar at one time.

Thanks for confirming that I wasn't imagining the top tool bar icon. I was beginning to doubt myself.
